Change MFA method or phone number

Good afternoon,

I need to login to my account but unfortunately I don't have the phone number I set in the past as MFA login method. Is it possible to change it or use my email instead?

You may chat to customer support to have 2FA disabled. Afterwards, you should be able to log in using username + password only, update the phone number and re-enable 2FA.

- Postal code and house number 
- Iban number 
- telephone number (for verification) 
- email address

Then I can change this for you immediately.
