I tried to switch my private subscription to business one (to my company), on this page(https://www.ziggo.nl/zakelijk/overstappen) it's saying that
Yes, that's possible. Simply register with Ziggo Business.
I did it but now I have two subscription and still getting factuur from my old private subscription and paying for it. I already paid one month of my private unused subscription and today I got another factuur?
Last week I got a mail about double subscription and with a phone number,call the number but I could not reach anybody ?
What should I do additionally to cancel private subscription and reimburse the money I paid for it?

Alright! I processed it for you. So your old subscription is cancelled as of today. The money from the 6th of May till the 25th of June will be reimbursed to you. If you already paid upfront for after the 25th of June, this credit will go automatically. You will receive an end invoice for this.
You can send the old modem back to us at a PostNL point. Then everything is done 🙂

Oh no! It's not going very well. Too bad your old subscription was nog cancelled! We have to fix this.
I see you have the business subscription since the 6th of May. So that means the old subscription has to be cancelled on that day to.
For my confirmation, the modem you're using is the modem with serial number ending on DE8 and the modem of your old subscription is ending on 756?
If so, then I'll cancel the old one and reimburse the money from the 6th of May, till the day the subscription will be cancelled. Hope to hear from you, so we van proces this!
