Hello everyone. I've recently came back to ziggo from another provider and my MijnZiggo & Vodafone&Ziggo app does not show any of the recent invoices that were paid together with my current subscription and products. did anyone else face this issue?

It seems like your still using the old account + customer ID to login into MyZiggo.
Due to the face you have cancelled the old account and are now new to Ziggo again, you have a new customer ID which you need to register at Registreren - Ziggo
You therefor need the customer ID which you can find at invoices but also in all of our e-mails/letters like order confirmation.

To help you, the Ziggo mods will of course need your Ziggo details. So put (if you haven't already done so) your postcode and house number in your forum profiel, with this a mod can find out your details. If you want to share more private data, you can also use the ‘’Personal comments‘’ field for that.
A Ziggo mod can resolve this for you. Please wait until 1 comes by here sometime, as soon as he/she will handle your question he/she will report here.
