Hello,
I am about to change the city I live in and I want to move my internet service with me.
I understood this is possible on the new postcode and that Ziggo needs 3 working days to arrange it.
As I am working from home I need access to the internet at all times.
I tried to search this myself but cannot find anything confirming or denying the below questions.
Does the request for an address change stops the internet at the old house address?
How long will I have access to the old place, will the access stop when I request the change?
Is there an option to have access at both places for a short period of time?
I am very happy with the service I am getting and want to move it with me.
Please, help me understand how exactly this works.

If you arrange the move via this page, Ziggo will arrange everything for you.
The new connection will take place on the day you request and the old one will be closed on the day the new connection becomes active.
Request the move as early as possible, because 3 days is sometimes too short for Ziggo.

Hi Bert,
Am getting this right? I will request the move on the 19th of March, and this means that I will have internet access at the old house until the 18th of March including?
Exactly 🙂
This is great news! Dank je wel, Bert!
