I would like assistance in cancelling my Ziggo TV package (but keeping my internet package). I have tried to make the change on the website but it doesn’t seem possible. I would like to fully cancel the TV subscription, including cancelling Ziggo GO.

The change to your subscription has been requested and will be processed on the 10th or March, per our usual 30 day cancellation period. I confirmation has been send to your e-mail. A return box for the Next Mini will be delivered at your home a few days before cancellation.
Please return the equipment for free using PostNL, always keep the proof of shipment untill you receive the confirmation it has been returned.

The change has still not been processed and I have just been billed for another month charging me for the TV subscription I already cancelled. Can you please assist.

Hello @drosenberg i've once again checked the status for you and in our system there is only a Internet package.
This means that the invoice will still correct it. You pay a month in advance with us as standard, so you will only see changes a month later in the invoices. It has been processed and your TV package has been cancelled.
