Momenteel kan ik niet in Mijn Ziggo komen. Nadat ik heb ingelogd verschijnt telkens onderstaand scherm. Fout code 2 dus. Er zijn geen recente wijzigingen geweest in mijn abonnement, account enz.
Weet iemand misschien wat de oorzaak kan zijn?

hallo I still can’t log into my account. I have the fout code 002. I need to download my invoice and i can’t. It’s been a while now. Can we come up with some solution or i have to cancel my internet and change the provider.
@Nedko992 I understand that you are disappointed, but to cancel your entire subscription for such an administrative problem is perhaps a bit exaggerated. After all, this can also happen with other providers.

What is important is that the data you request belongs to the correct customer number. The error code usually refers to an old or inactive customer number. Has anything changed in terms of package in recent months? Or do you only use one customer number during the Ziggo period?
Yes. There was some mistake long time ago before 2/3 years ago i tried to get internet from ziggo but because the house that we lived was made in 2 houses like Red/Black the previous owner got the internet from ziggo for the house with number “Red” and we were in the same house but with number and “Black”. And then ziggo called me and canceled the internet providing. So now i moved and i have successfully made new contracts with internet from ziggo in my new house. But i need to use the app because i need the invoices. But i can’t because of that “Fout code 002 “ and i don’t mind getting new provider. If the problem persists. Thanks 🙏

Yea I tried but it says that there is already an account with this client number.
@Nedko992 As you've wished I have deleted the My Ziggo account. You can register a new account with your customernumber on this page. Could you give us an update when you have done this? Thanks!
Everything is still the same. Not working. The same fout code 002 …….. this is spiral with no end. What a drama

The fact that you're still able to access your Community account (which is linked to a My Ziggo-account) led me to believe there's a second account in play, what you mentioned earlier as well: According to my information, there is no active account on your current customer number and you created one on an old customer number. Your correct one starts with 18*, not 17*. Could you check (recent) e-mails from Ziggo to retrieve the right one and create a My Ziggo for it?
