Error code 002 when logging in to mijnziggo

Hi,

 

I'm trying to login My Ziggo, but I am getting Error Code 002. I am one of the new members.

Currently, my subscription is active, so I am able to use internet connection.

 

But when I tried to login my ziggo, I am getting this error message. 

The cause might be that I am Vodafone customer.

I've linked your Mijn Ziggo account now to your My Vodafone account. 
You can now login in Mijn Ziggo with your My Vodafone login credentials. Would you please try this?

On what date does your subscription start?

I got the installation package on 19th October. Then, I've started to use internet connection. I didn't setup TV connection yet. I am not sure about that when started my subscription.

 

By the way, When I tried to login my account page on ziggo.nl, I can see the customer number is 18xxxx10

 

But when I receive any newsletter emails from ziggo, I can see the customer number is 18xxxx94

Welcome to the Ziggo Community!

Strange you get this errorcode when you login into Mijn Ziggo. 

I've checked your clientnumber, but can't find a  Mijn Ziggo account on it. 
It's the number ending on 94. Would you please register on that? I've deleted the wrong clientnumber ending on 10. 

Do you let us know if it's solved?
