Automatische incasso

Hello, 

 

When we moved from one house to a new one we came also with the Ziggo account, but I don't know why the Automatic bank was lost.

So we had to pay manually an invoice and by mistake my wife paid it and later, not knowing she did it I logged in to the ziggo account, still appeared unpaid so i also paid. 

Can you fix the double payment?

I can see that you paid € 68,- twice on 18-10-2022. At the end, nothing went wrong because you had to pay the invoice you got on 16-09-2022 and you got a new invoice on 18-10-2022.
