Thanks for writing us back. I have checked UO Trace report and here are my findings : 1-There are too many 'Unknown Host', that should not be there. An unknown host message is generated when a user attempts to ping a host name without a configured DNS resolution. If the ping is unsuccessful there is high chance of connection issues. 2-There are an IP address which couldn't be recognized among the networks that's why there is showing an IP address-0.0.0.0. That should not be there. 3-The Ping Time should not be greater than 80ms. So, I would suggest you to please restart your router and contact your ISP and tell them these above mentioned all information and asked to refresh your network. Once they refreshed your network, everything will be fine there. For your inconvenience, please accept my personal apology that this problem has negatively affected you.
