Can't record on new Mediabox

Hi all

 

Sorry for the English (but feel free to reply in Dutch) 

 

I've just changed my abonnement, and because of that I was sent a new Mediabox XL

 

I've followed the instructions to install it, and all seemed to be well, until I try to set up recordings, and then I can't see any way to do it

 

I go to TvGids, click on the series that I want to record, press the record button, and I get a message saying "Recording is only possible with a subscription", and I get no other options to record

 

Obviously I have a subscription, as I wouldn't be able to watch the channels that I want to record (I've tried BBC1 and Spike so far, and it's the same message), so can someone please help me with my recordings please?

OK, I've just seen that programmes are now saved on the cloud? 

 

It tells me to go to Ziggo.nl/upgrade-tv to upgrade to unlock the full power of cloud recording, but when I try to go there, there is no option to gain access to cloud recording at all

 

This is quite annoying as I work all types of shifts, so am rarely home to watch what I want when it's actually aired, so I really want this recording option 🙀
