Hi! I hope someone can help me.

Over the last week or so my MacBook Pro has been dropping internet signal during video calls and when loading websites. This does not happen to the other MacBook Pro in the same room. We have been using the same number of devices for a number of weeks and have not made any changes to the settings. I went away for work 2 weeks ago and ever since I came back, I now experience intermittent signal as described above. I experience this on Chrome, Safari, Zoom and Skype.

I have no idea how to address this. When I run the network diagnostics tool, it says everything is normal. When I do a speed test from the MacBook in question, the speeds show up absolutely fine (200MB+/sec). See attached screen shots.

What else can I do?
