No wifi after outage

Hello,

I am sorry, but you have the worst customer service. And the information on your website is not correct which is getting frustrating by the second. Since yesterday morning my wifi connection is gone, as per your website issue was first resolved yesterday at 17.59 which is not correct! I even had a chat with one of your workers on the website and I have been told that he cannot assign someone to fix the issue because in the system it looks like the issue is still ongoing. 

My postcode is 3512LD.

Please urgently help me with this issue and provide correct information. 

I have to work from home and because of the malfunction I am using my own mobile data.

I am sorry that you still can not use our services, after you were exposed to a general outage. In that case you need a technician who visit you and who will look in our domain what is going on. I see that you had contact in the meantime and that we scheduled a mechanic for today. Nice! Do you let us know how it was?

Technician arrived today, and couldn’t resolve the issue. This is getting really urgent now. Please assign someone who can speak English and capable of solving this issue. I also demand a refund since from tomorrow, it will be officially one week without wifi.

@nzlksbt Ouch. That is a big disappointment. I read that the technician did not had access to the meter cabinet where the first accesspoint is, due the fact there were no keys from this cabinet. Could you call the caretaker or landlord to get those keys on location? When the keys or the landlord/caretaker are at location, we can schedule a new appointment to solve the issue.

When everything has been fixed, we will process a credit for the period you could not use our services.

After a week later issue finally resolved today. I really hope that it won’t happen again in the future because reaching out to customer service and arranging a technician asap was almost impossible and response time was really slow considering that now we have to work from home and all cafes/restaurants are closed so I was not able to use their wifi.
