internet not working after ziggo storing

Hi Ziggo community. Sorry for writing in English. Today there was a Ziggo malfunction in my area, but despite I received 2 hours ago the message from Ziggo that the connection has started to work again, my internet still doesn't work. I restarted the modem, I unplugged everything for 1 minute and plugged again, but there is nothing to do. On my modem I still have the flashing green light at the bottom. Please help me! I need internet to work and I cannot go anywhere else right now.

Hi @Lauramars, welcome to the Ziggo Community!

Very unfortunate your modem can't come back online after the outage. I see you already contacted a colleague of mine and a technician is scheduled for tomorrow, perfect.

According to my colleague your TV is still working, which means there is still coax-signal in your residence. Is your modem installed on a amplifier perhaps? Or something went wrong with the coaxial cable?
