My Ziggo connection should start on 22nd Nov and other operator already stopped yestetday night. At what time Ziggo start the connection and I need internet ASAP. Can someone advise this?

Good that you contact us by using this topic. I've checked  your account in regards to your question and due to my information our services already should work at your address.
So you should have internetconnection after you've installed the modem. Please let us know in case it doesn't work
