Hi,

I’m having problems connecting to/downloading from battle.net. I constantly get disconnected and can only connect after several tries (sometimes I cant connect at all). However, I can connect if I tether from my mobile phone. So this is clearly an issue with Ziggo itself. 
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @nickAn,

Welcome at our Community. This sounds irritating for you! Do you use wifi or cable internet? And do you see anything happening with the modem?

@nickAn could you provide us with Docsis signal values from the modem? How:

Also add photo's how the modem is connected to the AOP.
