Ziggo Connectbox problem
I just got new tv box and ziggo connect box today. I've been trying to set up connect box but it doesn't work, arrows sign is blinking first green and then red. I've spent 4hours trying to figure it out. How to deal with this annoying thing?

Ziggo can't see if you received the box and as long as you don't ask for activating the box , the thing won't come online.
Your subscription or a new modem won't be actived untill you ask for it.

Hi martakarp, welcome at our Ziggo Community! How unfortunate you're having trouble with installing the Connectbox. Activating the Connectbox can take a while. I'm sorry I wasn't able to respond earlier.
