Goodmorning @Saurabh Sontakke

Thanks so much for your response. I separated your 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz wifi-networks so you can connect to them separately. I'm very curious how this goes when you have had the chance to test the diffrence. Please let us know!

Hello @Saurabh Sontakke , welcome to the Community!

When only one of your devices isn't working and you can't seem to figure out why, I can imagine the frustration building rapidly. I'm really glad you found the Community here, so we can help you out and sort this issue.

With the details you've already provided there's a couple things that I can confirm, straight of the bat.

  1. You're Ziggo modem is functioning perfectly. This is due to all the other devices working and getting a good connection. If there was something wrong with the modem, all your devices would've had the same issue as your laptop. Also, the wired connection does work, with also backs this up.
  2. The signal coming into your home is good as well, due to the same reasons as noted above.

The issue is somewhere between the modem and laptop or within the laptop itself. To figure out where and how to solve this, I have some additional questions lined up for you.

  • Are the 2.4 Ghz en 5.0 Ghz wifi-networks seperated in your modem? Do they have different names, so you can connect to them separately?
  • Do you have any firewalls or virusscanners actively in use?

Thank you for the response.

I cannot connect to them separately. It seems that which device is connected to 5Ghz and which one to 2.4 Ghz is not in my control.

    No.

Good morning Mariska!

Thank you for your response. I connected different devices to 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz. They are all working now. :grinning:

That's awesome! Thanks for letting us know! Have a great day :ok_hand:
