Video/Audio Sync

About two weeks ago we started to experience about a lag time of about 4 seconds between the video and audio parts of a program. It is really annoying to see an actors mouth move with no sound and then the sound comes in about 4 seconds later. What is going on with Ziggo that this is happening - this is a new problem.

From what we have discovered, this video/audio lag is so far limited to British programs on RTL8.
We just checked some other programs and this lag issue affects everything we have checked on RTL8. Any ideas?
I don't see any lag.

What do you use to see RTL8?

A mediabox, CI+, TV, Ziggo Go app?
And yes, more info please about the device you use, brand, model, numbers and letters.
ziggogo.tv on two different computers. I just now finished checking Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman and The Bold And The Beautiful, both U.S. programs, and they were working okay and then McLeod's Daughters and Prime Suspect, Australian (the same as British) and British programs, and those two had a terrible video/audio lag time. I checked these on my tower using a ViewSonic 27 inch monitor. We watch these at night on my wife's laptop that is connected to a 52 inch Panasonic TV. We are running Win10 Pro and Home 64-bit editions on HP computers with 16 and 8 gigs of memory
