Slow Internet Speed

My Ziggo subscription is 50gb but the speed I get is between 3 and 10

@fatihy33 Welcome to the community. That is not enough. We would like to help you further, but then we need more information. Can you indicate whether the problem is via WiFi or via a wired connection? Do you have the problem on all your devices?

Both Wifi and wired the internet speed is low. I have same problem on Sony Android TV,Apple TV,Xbox and PS4

Thanks so much for the screenshots. I checked your connection right away and the signal is way to low. This causes the problems you're experiencing. Can you please send a picture of your main connection? (The first point where our signal enters your home) so we can see how this is connected to your modem? If everything is alright with the connection, we have to plan an engineer to fix the problem. 

I have attached 3 screens including Meterkast where Ziggo enters the house, Connection on wall where it’s coming from the meterkast to the living room wall

Thanks! The modem should be connected in the meterkast within 1,5 meter from the main connection. Can you please connect the modem in the meterkast and let me know when it's done so I can check how the signal is this close to the main connection?

It looks solved, what is the max speed I can take at this adress? And what you suggest to use to have internet at 3rd floor of the house?

 

Great! You have the Internet Start subscription so 50mbps download and 5mbps upload. The max speed on your adress is 500mbps download and 40mbps upload. I can see that you recently moved to this address and you have 8 weeks installation guarantee so I would recommend to contact the customer service for an installation appointment (or plan the appointment yourself on https://ziggo.nl/afspraakmaken/ ) so we can also check ‘the power promise’ at your home. If neccesary the engineer can place a wifi booster for free.
