Port forwarding menu is missing

I reset my router yesterday with a guy from client service and everything was okay. I got my port forwarding settings. But now this menu is missing. Navigating by the direct url gives me nothing but blank screen. I believe it's a bug in the connect box firmware and I will really appreciate if you pointing me to the mistake I made if there any

Based on your screenshot, your modem appears to be in IPv6 mode instead of IPv4 or DS mode.



Please contact Ziggo Support and request a change to IPv4 Only mode to use the traditional IPv4 port forwarding functions.
