Internet not working since last 5 days

Hi all,

My internet is not working since last 5 days and tried to contact customer care via call and chat multiple time but issue is not solved.

I have been using internet since last 1 year and suddenly, I have started getting a ziggo screen which says "enter activation code" and "Password". As i have been using it since years, i dont have this information.

On requesting to customer care, they said that modem will be changed and internet will be ok in 48 hours which is not case. It is almost 5 days since there is no connectivity.

Please look into issue and solve ASAP.

I see that you've received a new modem and your connection is up. Is everything working fine now?

This is a customer help customer forum where Ziggo moderators come by every few business days in every topic, so that can take a few days.

I put your problem to a Ziggo moderator, they may already be passing by today.
They can look in the background and see what is going on or what needs to be done.
