Internet down, phone and internet light flashing

Hi there everyone, 

 

I hope you don’t mind me writing this in English, haven’t quite mastered dutch yet ☺️

 

For about a week now we’ve been having a problem with the internet, it began by dropping every evening for an hour or so but now is happening more frequently and for longer amount of time. 

 

I’ve gone through the troubleshooting section but couldn’t get any where! I’ve also checked out address to see if there is any reported malfunctions but there is none. The only thing I can say is the the bottom light is white but the phone and internet lights intermittently flash green. 

 

I hope some one can help, we really need the internet to be stable as we need it for work. If any one has some suggestions would really appreciate it!

What a pity that your connection is far from stable. I can imagine you are not happy with it. Fortunately you have called us. My colleague made an appointment to solve the issues. Please keep us in touch 🙂!

Could you take a picture of the main connection and what is connected to it?

for most people this could be found in the meter cupboard

Yes here it is! 

 

 

It was working find before this, so clueless as to what is happening! By the way this connection isn't in the cupboard it’s in the living nearest the front window to the street.

Are you sure this is the main connection?

The first connection point where ziggo enters your house.

Yes we think so and this is the closest to the street. Why do you think it is not?

We moved in 6 weeks and had no problems until a week ago. So strange! 

Would this main connection be close to our main electricity board? we do have another small room where that’s all stored!
