Internet connection unreliable, mdd errors

I posted 3 months ago about this issue, you can find the original post here.  I was trying to be pro active and solve my problem by buying a new coxial cable, sadly this did not solve my issues. Here are my latest  device information and network measurements.

Could you take a picture of the main connection and what is connected to it?

for most people this could be found in the meter cupboard.

 

 

These two “modules” are connected by a new 3-month-old coaxial cable.

@Be rt There was no technician as a result of the previous post as I didn’t make an appointment at that time, I was naive to think replacing the old coaxial cable will resolve my issues.
