Hi. I received my new ziggo router yesterday and follow all installation process but the light under ziggo logo keeps blinking green and only the WiFi light on top is on, also green. When i made the account it said that the internet access is denied.. ziggo said they will send a technician on Friday but I actually need the internet asap for my work.

is this the main connection of the house? if so, it is best to wait until the technician arrives. who will solve that for you.
The main connection may be so old that your modem does not come online.
If that's the case,
The technician will replace that for you
