I recently subscribed to ziggo’s 500mbps download speed package and received the connectbox and have done all the installation steps correctly but no matter how many times ive restarted the light at the bottom continuously flashed green, meaning that there is no internet connection. I am able to connect to the network and even change the SSID or the password but it tells me that my internet access is denied. Please let me know what must be done to resolve this, it is essential that it is resolved as soon as possible since You are supposed to be giving me wifi since the 14th yet have not answered phone calls of over 10 minutes of waiting. Please help me solve this issue, thank you
