Dear Madam/Sir,
As a customer from services provided by Liberty Global's subsidiary, Ziggo Holland ( TYPE ABONNEMENT ) I request an update regarding Ziggo go android and Apple TV app.
Ziggo released press statements, announcing development and future availability of this app years ago. However, to this date, refuses to provide any information regarding its development, and current status. On the contrary, streaming services provided on the Ziggo go website are actively being restricted.. e.g. smart tv web browsers are suddenly not supported anymore. Moreover, a version of the app, obtained by users within the EU, serviced by UPC, running in holland, is actively blocked.
Ziggo fails to provide any arguments regarding actions above, combined with the significant delay in app release. With other operators in Holland already providing android and Apple TV apps for replay, Ziggo seems to intentionally delay release. Announcement of this app years ago, results in an obligation, as customers (including myself) where influenced by this choosing a service provider.
I kindly request ( as with me hundreds of thousands of other users) to release these apps as soon as possible, or provide an update on its development at least.
