Hi there,
I ordered Ziggo last Saturday (my friend did it on his laptop) and I just came to realize I never got an email bevestiging. I know when we ordered it said it was supposed to come today, now I’m wondering if it will because I desperately need Wifi now, been without internet for the past week.
Can anyone suggest what to do?

I've checked the address in your Community profile and I notice that the installationpack has been delivered on the 4th of November 2020. You also should have got an confirmation by e-mail on
the e-mail address you used when ordering. Please check your Spam/Untwanted folders to make sure the e-mail isn't flagged as spam.
