Email bevestiging

Hi there,

I ordered Ziggo last Saturday (my friend did it on his laptop) and I just came to realize I never got an email bevestiging. I know when we ordered it said it was supposed to come today, now I’m wondering if it will because I desperately need Wifi now, been without internet for the past week.
 

Can anyone suggest what to do?

Good that you contact us by using this channel! I'm very sorry that you didn't got any orderconfirmation after the order you've placed on the 31st of October. 
I've checked the address in your Community profile and I notice that the installationpack has been delivered on the 4th of November 2020. You also should have got an confirmation by e-mail on 
the e-mail address you used when ordering. Please check your Spam/Untwanted folders to make sure the e-mail isn't flagged as spam. 

Please let me know if you have any questions in regards to the placed order.
