Recently I started to have big issues with download internet speed. I have 500mbit subscription and results I’m getting max are following;

This is measured over ethernet (cable). I was also testing in various different times of the day (morning, afternoon, night) - result is pretty much the same. It’s becoming really annoying to pay for 500mbit and pulling max 30 out of it! I checked few forum threads already with same topic, but can’t seem to trace my issue.
Attached are all modem settings and place where Ziggo comes to my house. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In addition. You need to use this one:

The input is on the back. Just push it on the Ziggo central entry point.
Please contact Ziggo and they will send you one for free with an appropiate cable for connection to your Modem/Router.

Generally the Chat will give the fastest response.
It will bring the dBmV of your Down channels to more convenient lower values.
