Connectbox niet geactiveerd

Hi, apologies for the english my dutch is not that great yet to write it on these forums.  hope someone can still assist.

 

I upgraded from a Mediabox XL to a Mediabox Next but they didnt deliver the connectbox modem along with the next.  Due to this, my modem which is the mediabox XL got deactivated.  I have had no internet for nearly a week.  On Tuesday they delivered the connectbox modem but because it wasn’t activated it has to now be manually activated.  I have phoned the call centre a couple of times and they have given several answers.  Can someone maybe assist and check where my activation of the new Connectbox modem is in the process.  I was told to wait 7 days……

if this is the case i want to at least wait knowing that its in the correct workflow to be solved.

I see the internet is still active at the Mediabox XL indeed. There is a case open to active the internet at the connectbox. So if the internet is no longer working at the Mediabox XL, please connect the connectbox.

Things just got weird. my old mediabox XL that was deactivated with S/N 2180845736 just got activated again. with my internet working off the old modem now.…

 

either this is a step in the process or the activated the wrong modem. in other words they didn’t activate the connectbox but they activated the Mediabox XL which means my Next wont work.

i believe the manual activation has already been requested but i would be really pleased if you can confirm it it.

No worries for writing in English. My Dutch is better than my English but I'll do my best for you ;-) 

Really annoying that your modem is not activated yet. We indeed do have an issue in our portal with the activation for modems. For the manual activation I need the serial number of your modem. Are you able to provide that here? If so, then I will put in the request for the manual activation.
