I upgraded from a Mediabox XL to a Mediabox Next but they didnt deliver the connectbox modem along with the next. Due to this, my modem which is the mediabox XL got deactivated. I have had no internet for nearly a week. On Tuesday they delivered the connectbox modem but because it wasn’t activated it has to now be manually activated. I have phoned the call centre a couple of times and they have given several answers. Can someone maybe assist and check where my activation of the new Connectbox modem is in the process. I was told to wait 7 days……
if this is the case i want to at least wait knowing that its in the correct workflow to be solved.
