Can't watch seriesfrom the start: You need to habe a subscription to watch this.

I am trying to see the Vikings series from the start, but I cannot play them. Only this message is displayed: "You need to habe a subscription to watch this.".

What am i missing?

Excellent choice on Vikings 🙂 Did you recently make a change in your subscription (received and installed a new Mediabox, in example)?

Also, Vikings is part of the Movies & Series (X)L subscription. XL is paid (€11,95 p/m, but not available for Cable TV), L can be chosen as a free subscription (if there is a Vodafone mobile subscription on the same address). Do you have a Movies & Series L subscription?

Do you see there under Producten the mediabox you have at home?

If not, then the product/mediabox has to be activated, that can take a while.

How long do you have this subscription?
