Cable pulling

Hi, I ordered a Mediabox XL in my new apartment last week. The previous tenants used thinner fiber optic cables, so we had to get those out of the pipes inside the walls for the new thicker coaxial cables. The issue is that the technician from Ziggo could not get the the cable through the walls and now I have internet, TV as well as a cable lying across the house. I have tried contacting cable pulling companies, without success. Does Ziggo arrange cable pulling service on behalf of customers? Please suggest how to proceed on this.

Hi Arko,

Welcome to Ziggo and welcome at this community where customers help each other. :)

No, Ziggo can’t/won’t do that. You should contact an installation company operating in your neighborhood.
Couldn’t you reach such a company or didn’t want those companies to install it?

Regards,
Evert

Hi Evert,

Thanks for your quick response. I have tried contacting kabel-trekken.nl. However, they were not the most responsive or helpful. Do you know any other company operating in the Eindhoven region?

Arko

Unfortunately, I’m not from Eindhoven so I don’t know which companies are good ones.
I’d recommend you to ask your neighbors, maybe they know some?

Of course, you can contact companies which you can find on Google with this search request but I’d ask my neighbors for recommendations.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll try to see if I can find some useful information by asking around.

Cheers!!

Arko
