I want to terminate the use of TV and telephone. I need only the Internet service. How do I get this done. The customer care voice system only uses Dutch and I am not able to navigate through options to contact the customer care executive.

I want to terminate the use of TV and telephone. I need only the Internet service. How do I get this done. The customer care voice system only uses Dutch and I am not able to navigate through options to contact the customer care executive.
Ziggo is a TV supplier via the coax cable and you can add an internet subscription and telephone to this.
So there is always a basic TV subscription Free To Air channels.
It is therefore not possible to only have an internet subscription with Ziggo.
