Hoe annuleer ik mijn monteursafspraak via Mijn Ziggo?

There was an appointment made accidentally about installing wi-fi. My friend installed it few days ago. I tried to call to 0900-1884 but there is only Dutch bot.

Does someone has some other contacts to reach ziggo and cancel the appointment?

You can call 1200 from your Ziggo landline. Or go to your account "mijn Ziggo" and find:


You will find the planned (geplande) appointments and the possibility to cancel it.
