Hi,

I ordered for a new Ziggo connection yesterday but did not receive a confirmation email yet.

Oder Number: WSL13753908

I tried contacting Ziggo on their number but the AVR is in Dutch and difficult for me to process.

Any help will be highly appreciated. I want my Ziggo ASAP.

We would love to help you! I see that you already had contact with one of my colleagues. The order is been cancelled because there is already a billing contact on your address. Did you had contact with the previous home owner/tenant?

Yeah, i did contact previous tenant and he has cancelled his subscription. 

Can I now order a new subscription?

Yes, if the previous tenant has cancelled the subscription, you can place your order.
