I am very frustrated with the Customer Support via Chat of Ziggo, I have been trying to contact via Chat for 2 days and it is not working at all. I am on the queue and it never works.
I currently have a subscription for the TV and Internet, I would like to know if it is possible to cancel the TV and increase the speed of internet. We do not watch TV so it is useless to have it at the moment.
Can you help me please?
