Canceling 1 Product

Hi,

I am very frustrated with the Customer Support via Chat of Ziggo, I have been trying to contact via Chat for 2 days and it is not working at all. I am on the queue and it never works.

I currently have a subscription for the TV and Internet, I would like to know if it is possible to cancel the TV and increase the speed of internet. We do not watch TV so it is useless to have it at the moment.

 

Can you help me please?

You can cancel your Interactive TV subscription & increase the Internet speed.

Mind that a basic TV Signal is always available, since it is not possible to cancel it.
It covers a basic selection of  ‘free to cable’ TV channels.

I am very sorry that you're having trouble changing your TV and Internet subscription! ​​​​What @hanh says is correct, you need at least basic TV signal otherwise our cablemodem won't work.  

I really would like to help you with this. Can you please tell me which subscription you prefer?Than I can change it to the subscription you want.
